Description
The rotating scalder RBK 3 and RBK 4 with oil heating chamber has two scalding sections, because of continuous rotations this, results in a very effective scalding of the birds. This scalding system is ideally suitable for waterpoultry.
The scalder has an heat output of 4x 6 kW / 400 V.
The temperature is controlled by a digital controller. The heating elements can be switched on independently.
Substantial advantages :
- The oil heating chamber is filled with heat conducting oil, this protects the
heating elements against soiling. Additionally, it serves as a heat
accumulator.
